Challenges Faced
Conducting fire stopping surveys and remedial works at Trinity Point presents a set of challenges. Office blocks are typically occupied during business hours, requiring careful scheduling and communication between our team and the client to avoid disrupting office workers. Another challenge is navigating and working around existing installations like electrical wiring, plumbing, and HVAC systems without causing damage. This was accomplished by our skilled and qualified team, with the works completed in the given time.
