Our Carbon Reduction Goals
As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability, Element Passive Fire Protection Ltd has developed a comprehensive Carbon Reduction Plan. This plan outlines our strategy to reduce carbon emissions, promote energy efficiency, and contribute to a greener future.
Element PFP have tracked our carbon emissions, amounting to 15 Tonnes Annually, calculated by a Carbon emission calculator. We commit to reducing this by 50% by 2030. This reduction will encompass all aspects of our operations, including energy consumption, transportation, and supply chain activities.
How We're Going To Do It
Renewable Energy Adoption:
Element PFP will actively explore and invest in renewable energy sources, such as solar or wind power, to transition towards a cleaner and more sustainable energy supply.
Energy Efficiency Measures:
We will prioritise energy efficiency across all operations, conducting regular audits and implementing improvements to reduce energy consumption in our facilities, manufacturing processes, and other operational areas.
Transportation Practices:
Element PFP will encourage sustainable transportation options, including public transit, cycling, carpooling, and walking, for employees. Additionally, we will explore ways to optimise our fleet's fuel efficiency and transition to electric or hybrid vehicles where feasible.
Sustainable Procurement:
Element PFP will give preference to suppliers and vendors who share our commitment to environmental sustainability. We will work collaboratively with our supply chain partners to promote sustainable and low-carbon practices.
Waste Reduction:
We will implement measures to reduce waste generation and promote recycling and reuse initiatives throughout our operations. Minimising the environmental impact of our waste is integral to our carbon reduction strategy.
Employee Engagement:

We will provide ongoing training and education to employees to raise awareness about carbon reduction goals, sustainable practices, and the importance of individual contributions.
